Here are some of the frequently asked questions.
Q. "Is NOW a good time to buy?"
A. It is impossible to predict the future, but the answer is a resounding 'YES.' It is definitely a good time to buy. The interest rates are at or near its historical low. There are many homes to choose from. Sellers are willing to negotiate. If you wait, you might miss the boat as the interest rates will eventually climb back up.
Q. "Can you show me homes listed by other companies?"
A. Yes. We can show you homes listed by any companies. In addition, if you'd like, we can contact any "For Sale By Owner" property's owner and arrange for a showing.
Q. "Do I need a home inspection for a brand new home?"
A. Even the most conscientious builder may overlook things. We recommend buyers order a professional home inspection for all purchases.
Q. "Can you recommend a home inspector?"
A. Because of the possible conflict of interest, we cannot recommend an inspector. We will refer you to home inspectors' associations or give you several inspectors' names from which you can choose.
Q: "I want to buy a home. What is your commission?"
A. Typically, commissions are paid by Seller so there is no fee we receive directly from a buyer. Although buyer's agents are often compensated by Seller, good buyer's agents work hard to protect YOUR interests and not the seller's. .
